How do membership hours work?: Each plan comes with a pool of prepaid court hours valid for the plan's duration. Booking a court draws from your balance, and any member court discount is applied automatically.
Can I hold both a tennis and a padel membership?: Yes. Memberships are per sport, so you can hold one active tennis plan and one active padel plan at the same time. You can't stack two plans for the same sport.
What happens when my hours run out or my plan expires?: Your plan becomes eligible for renewal. You can renew the same plan (or choose another for that sport) from this page or your dashboard.
How do I pay?: Checkout is cashless and secure. You'll be taken to our payment provider to complete purchase; your membership activates once payment is confirmed.
